Learners study real local businesses or organizations that agree to talk, or one they know well, looking for where the hours go and where technology could help. They work with a professional researcher's discipline: neutral questions, careful notes and confidentiality. What they find feeds the rest of the year, from designing a fix to building for a client.Los estudiantes estudian negocios u organizaciones locales reales que aceptan hablar, o uno que conocen bien, para ver en qué se van las horas y dónde podría ayudar la tecnología. - Map the kinds of work in your local economy and list the tasks inside them, to see where the hours actually go.
